We have high expectations for all pupils, including those eligible for Pupil Premium funding and are committed to ensuring every child is supported to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. We provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where barriers to learning are identified early and addressed through targeted support. This includes access to our nurture group provision, which helps children develop confidence, resilience and positive relationships, as well as ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) sessions to support emotional wellbeing and self-esteem. In addition, our therapy dog plays a valuable role in helping pupils feel calm, safe and ready to learn. Through these approaches, we ensure that all children feel valued, supported and able to succeed.
